When you open this website

Our server notes your IP address, the time, the page and your browser. That log is kept for seven days to run and protect the site, then deleted; it is not combined with other data.

When you email us

We keep the conversation as long as your enquiry is open and for follow-ups. It is not handed to third parties without your permission.

Mail we send for shops

The shop decides which customer data is used and remains responsible for it. We process it as a contractor, exactly as instructed, and keep order details only as long as delivery and complaints require.

Delivery and click information

We record whether a message was delivered, bounced, opened or clicked. This keeps sending clean and lets the shop see what works. Objections are accepted at any time.

Do-not-mail list

When someone unsubscribes, the address goes on a do-not-mail list so that it stays unsubscribed, even if it turns up in an import later.

No cookies, no third parties

This website does not set cookies and does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from any other server.

Your rights in brief

You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use, receive it in a portable file, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
