Anti-Spam Policy
A small shop cannot afford a reputation for spam — and neither can we, because every shop we serve shares the same sending systems. Unsolicited email is therefore grounds for ending the contract on the spot.
Our obligations
- We deliver only transactional mail triggered by a real order and newsletters to confirmed subscribers.
- Customer addresses belong to the shop that collected them and are never shared with other shops on our platform.
- Each new shop's subscriber base is checked for its sign-up records before the first newsletter leaves.
- Shops that send unsolicited email through other providers are not taken on.
What breaks the rules
- Newsletters to buyers who never subscribed, just because they once ordered.
- Addresses bought, swapped or copied from a marketplace account.
- Advertising disguised as an order or shipping update.
- An unsubscribe link that leads to a login page or simply does nothing.
How we respond to a complaint
- You receive confirmation that it arrived; the headers tell us which shop and which mailing it was.
- If the complaint holds up at first sight, the mailing is suspended while we look into it.
- A proven violation ends our service to that shop, and the complaining address is blocked permanently.
- Blocklist operators get the details they request through the address below.
Report unsolicited shop email
Forward the message with all its headers to the address below. With the headers we can name the shop and the mailing within minutes.
