For small online shops

Your shop is small. Your mail should not look it.

A shop with three people has no one to babysit a mail server. Mailflink takes over the email side — the order mail that has to arrive within seconds, and the newsletter that customers subscribed to at checkout — so the shop can get on with selling.

Questions shop owners ask us

Will my order confirmations still look like my shop?

Yes. Your logo, your sender name, your tone. We handle the delivery; the customer only ever sees your shop.

Can customers be told when something is back in stock?

If they clicked the button for it, yes — once, for that item, and then the alert is spent. No follow-up offers in its wake.

What about a newsletter?

Only to customers who ticked the box themselves and confirmed it by email. A purchase alone is not a subscription, and we do not treat it as one.

What happens if a customer complains?

We see it before you do. The address is removed at once, and if complaints pile up for one mailing, that mailing stops and we call you.

What we insist on

Small shops live from repeat customers. These rules protect exactly that, even when a shortcut looks tempting.

  1. Order and shipping mail stays free of advertising. The customer opens it for the parcel, not for a coupon.
  2. Newsletter subscribers must have confirmed twice: the tick box and the link in the confirmation email.
  3. No imported lists from marketplaces, trade fairs or address brokers — whatever the price.
  4. Unsubscribing takes one click and is never followed by a 'sorry to see you go' offer.
  5. A mailing that triggers unusual complaints is halted, then examined.
